Free delivery over €60
Orders of €60 or more ship free across Europe. Below that, standard delivery is €5,95. Need it sooner? Express next-day delivery is €9,95.

How we ship
EU orders go out via DHL and trusted local courier partners. We pack and dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually picked up the same day.
Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available in select cities. Place your order before 11:00 and choose same-day at checkout. Coverage is shown once you enter your address.
Beyond the EU
We deliver to the UK, Switzerland and selected non-EU European countries. Cross-border orders take 4–7 working days and may be subject to local handling. We don't yet ship further afield, that's coming.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it leaves our studio. The link follows your parcel through the courier network in real time. Lost the email? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Common questions
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Express is next working day, and same-day is available in select areas when you order before 11:00.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel is with the courier we can't redirect it.
